Here we are then, a first look at, and some first thoughts on, this Busch Feldbahn set as I take a look at it.
Apologies for the pronunciation of Gmeinder, (correct pronunciation advice much appreciated).
You will also notice that I have issues going between English and American terminologies and mixing 3.5 and 4mm scales.

ReplyDeleteLooks good, the Magnahesion (to use a word you'll probably recognise from the past) should overcome the usual pick up issues with lightweight stock in small scales but, sorry though, I'm still not convinced by such midgetry. O scale (or larger) is the way to go as your eyesight goes downhill with age. (Edited for spelling due to eyesight going... Well you know. :-)
ReplyDeleteGood old Magnahesion. :) Interesting how old technology becomes are again. I'm not ready to admit defeat and slide into the senior scale just yet.
